Wings unfolds in the heart of chaos, where the Oculus rises like a quiet prayer of hope and peace. For Venjhamin, this structure carries a deeply personal meaning, symbolizing the wings he lost at a young age. In this work, he does not simply remember that loss, he transforms it, recreating his own wings through the elegant beauty of Santiago Calatrava’s architecture. The sweeping curves and luminous openness of the Oculus become an act of healing, a whisper of freedom reclaimed, and a testament to the soul’s ability to rise, even after being broken.
